Day 10-13... Happy New Year!

Day 1 of my Clear the Clutter Challenge for 2011..... Happy New Year!! Wow I can hardly believe that we are entering the second decade of the 2000's!!

2011 is all about clearing out the clutter, giving away, paying forward... I will be giving away every single item I show you this year.... I am committing to clearning out all the stuff I no longer need to make room for abundant healing in my life....

What's really cool... Ossie is doing it with me... more reluctant I might add.... so something hit me today as I started my challenge... Not only will I do the Clearing the Clutter 365 day challenge but I am going to count down with you... my surgery... I have 30 days to go to the surgery....

Here is My day 1 & 2 items (# 365 & 364) .... the items I show you over the next few days will go with me to the office so that the girls there can have first pick.. what they don't want.. well I will take to the women's shelter at the YWCA... If you see anything you like... let me know.. it's yours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On the left is a faux fur coat I just love from Laura's.... but alas... it is a little small for me... well truth is I am alittle big for it... OMG that isnt so!!! it so is!!! This jacket is dark brown and soooo cute... oh should I or shouldnt I... well ok I must... yes I am on WW but... It needs to go....

Above is my front door wreath... I made this wreath about 7 years ago and it's time for me to have a new one I think... my tastes have changed... I do have a black one that hung in the basement so I think I will move it to the front door.... this wreath no longer fits my decor.....

When the Universe Answers YES!

You write your goals down, you develop your plan of action, you do whatever it takes and then some and yet we are surprised when the universe answers with a resounding YES YOU can have the object of your desire!

I believe the reason we are shocked is that we were not properly prepared for the YES. We really didn't think it through to the end. We may have visualized and conceptualized the details in our minds and then we forgot one major piece of the puzzle.

What do I do with it beyond my visualization - when I have it how will I handle it? This is the missing link for most and sometimes me included - write what you know correct?

I have done and am doing all the necessary things I feel will take me towards my goals and then what feels like a mad rushing stream, opportunities (I use the term loosely) are coming my way at a rapid rate that are in direct proportion to what I have been envisioning and working towards! Yes I do have a dilemma of sorts, because the problem is that I didn't really define clearly enough what would happen when I got them, what the steps are that I now need to take to put them together....

Now, the next step is to define which opportunities if taken would hinder the process, which ones do I still desire and finally which ones are true links to my big goals?

These are questions that are absolutely necessary for anyone who is being presented with the open doors that may lead them up the path closer to those big goals or are they really a test, a deterrent of sorts to test you to see how convicted you really are?

Big questions, ones that we need to take the time to sit back and really think through. My experience shows me that I must journal these opportunities and play them through to the end on paper to see if they are truly part of the path or a deterrent?

Enjoy them in this moment, you have desired them, asked for them, worked for them and you deserve them..... now ask yourself do you really really want them?
